Workspace

Overview

  • The Workspace module in the PERCEPTA application serves as a centralized repository for all processed documents. It aggregates files generated from both Live Capture and Import Files workflows within the Extractor module.

  • Users can efficiently manage their documents by searching, filtering, downloading, deleting, and exporting files. Each document entry includes important metadata such as file format, source module, and upload date.

  • This module simplifies post-processing document management and enables bulk operations for improved productivity.

Deleting Documents

Step 1: Select multiple documents.

Exporting Documents

The Export feature allows downloading multiple files at once.

Step 1: Select the required documents.

  • The system downloads the selected files to your local machine.
